We may reference your company name and general project description in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing 30 days' written notice
  • Upon termination, fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable
  • We reserve the right to terminate immediately if the client breaches these Terms or fails to make payment
  • Upon termination, any client-owned materials or data will be returned within a reasonable timeframe

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Construction Media Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for any loss arising from factors beyond our reasonable control, including changes to search engine algorithms, third-party platform policies, or force majeure events

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
